Strength Through Humility

James 4:10

The world often associates strength with confidence, power, and self-promotion. Scripture presents a different picture. God honors humility. In fact, some of the strongest men in the Bible were men who recognized their need for God and depended on Him completely.

Put God first.

Humility begins by recognizing that every blessing comes from the Lord. A humble heart gives Him the credit He deserves.

Remain teachable.

Growth stops when pride takes over. Humble men continue learning regardless of age, experience, or success.

Serve without seeking recognition.

Many of the most important acts of leadership happen quietly. God sees the things others overlook.

Accept correction.

Wise men welcome feedback because they value growth more than protecting their ego.

Trust God's promotion.

You do not have to elevate yourself when God is directing your path. His timing is always better than your own.
