A New Thing

Isaiah 43:18-19

God tells Israel to forget the former things, because He's about to do a new thing — springing up even now, making a way in the wilderness. He wasn't finished working.

Release your grip on former things.

Holding tightly to the past can blind you to what God's doing now.

Watch for what's springing up.

New growth often starts small, easy to miss if you're not looking.

Trust He makes a way in the wilderness.

Barren seasons aren't outside His ability to work in.

Stay open to unexpected direction.

God's "new thing" rarely looks like what you were picturing.

Believe He's still active now.

This isn't just a promise about the past. It's true in your current season too.
