Be Transformed

2 Corinthians 5:17

Paul declares that if anyone is in Christ, they're a new creation — the old has gone, the new has come. This isn't self-improvement. It's a fundamentally new identity.

Believe the old has actually gone.

Some men keep living from an identity Christ already replaced.

Embrace the new creation, not just the idea of it.

Believing this intellectually and living from it are two different things.

Let this reshape your self-talk.

How you talk to yourself should reflect who you actually are now.

Expect ongoing evidence of newness.

Being a new creation shows up progressively, not instantly complete.

Stop identifying with what's already gone.

Old labels lose their grip once you actually believe they're gone.

Dad Takeaway: You're not the old version of yourself anymore. Stop living like you are.
