2 Timothy 1:7
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
Fear is one of the enemy's favorite tools.
Fear causes us to hesitate when God calls us to move. Fear magnifies problems and minimizes God's promises. Fear keeps many men from becoming the leaders God created them to be.
Yet Scripture reminds us that fear does not come from God.
Instead, God gives power, love, and self-control. He equips His people to face uncertainty with confidence because their strength comes from Him.
Every father faces moments where fear tries to take control. Financial concerns. Family challenges. Health issues. Future uncertainties.
The solution is not pretending fear doesn't exist. The solution is choosing faith despite it.
Faith reminds us that God is bigger than every challenge we face. It reminds us that He is faithful, present, and trustworthy.
Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is moving forward while trusting God.
Dad Takeaway: Fear focuses on the problem. Faith focuses on God.
