Greater Is He Who Is in You

1 John 4:4

John reassures believers that the one who is in them is greater than the one who is in the world. Whatever opposition you're facing, it's not facing an equal match.

Remember who's actually in you.

The Spirit in you isn't overmatched by anything you're up against.

Stop measuring by visible strength alone.

The greater power here isn't always the one that looks strongest.

Trust the outcome before you see it.

Confidence here comes before the battle's resolved, not after.

Refuse to be intimidated.

Whatever's against you has already met its match.

Let this truth steady your fear.

Fear shrinks when you remember who's actually greater.

Dad Takeaway: Whatever you're up against, it's not stronger than who's in you.
