Joshua 24:15


Joshua didn't wait for the nation to decide. He made a call for his own house: whatever everyone else does, my family will follow the Lord. That's leadership.


Decide before you're asked.


Don't wait for a crisis to figure out what your home stands for. Decide now.


Lead by example, not lecture.


Your kids will remember what you did far longer than what you said.


Own the direction of your home.


Someone is setting the spiritual tone in your house. It should be you.


Expect resistance sometimes.


Leadership isn't always popular in the moment. Stay the course anyway.


Make the call and stick to it.


A house divided on its direction struggles. Be clear about where you're headed.
