Walk Like Christ

Ephesians 5:1-2

Paul tells believers to imitate God and walk in love, the way Christ loved us and gave Himself up. That's the standard — not perfection, but a direction of imitation.

Look to Christ as the model.

Every other standard eventually falls short. His doesn't.

Walk in love as a practice.

Love isn't just a feeling here — it's a daily action you choose.

Give of yourself, not just your leftovers.

Christ gave everything. Your family deserves more than what's left over after everyone else gets a piece.

Let imitation shape your habits.

You become like whoever you're closely following. Choose carefully.

Walk it out daily.

This isn't a one-time decision. It's a direction you keep choosing.

Dad Takeaway: You'll never out-give Christ. But you can still walk like Him.
