Walking in the Light

1 min read

1 John 1:7

John says if we walk in the light as God is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. Light produces both fellowship and cleansing.

Choose to walk in the light, not hide in shadows.

Hidden sin isolates. Light restores fellowship.

Expect fellowship to follow honesty.

Real connection with others often requires walking exposed, not hidden.

Trust the cleansing that follows confession.

You don't have to carry what's already been cleansed.

Stop managing image in the dark.

Walking in light means dropping the performance.

Let this shape your closest relationships.

Fellowship deepens when men stop hiding from each other.

Dad Takeaway: What you hide isolates you. What you bring into the light gets cleansed.
