Your Kids Are Watching

Deuteronomy 6:6-7

Moses told the Israelites to teach God's commands to their kids constantly — not just at church, but at home, on the road, before bed. Discipleship was meant to be woven into ordinary life.

Teach in the everyday moments.

You don't need a formal lesson. Dinner table conversations count.

Live it before you explain it.

Kids catch what you practice faster than what you preach.

Talk about faith naturally.

It doesn't have to be a production. Let it come up like anything else important to you.

Be consistent, not perfect.

You'll get it wrong sometimes. Keep showing up anyway.

Remember they're always watching.

Long after they forget your words, they'll remember how you actually lived.

Dad Takeaway: You're not just raising kids. You're training their eyes on what matters.
