Building a Godly Legacy

Psalm 78:4

Every father leaves a legacy. The question is not whether you will leave one, but what kind you will leave behind. Scripture encourages believers to pass God's truth from one generation to the next so that future generations will know His faithfulness.

Share God's goodness often.

Talk about what God has done in your life. Personal testimony helps your children see that faith is more than a set of beliefs.

Lead spiritually at home.

Spiritual leadership does not require perfection. Simple acts such as prayer, encouragement, and Scripture reading create lasting influence.

Live what you teach.

Children pay attention to consistency. Your actions often reinforce your words more powerfully than any lesson.

Invest in relationships.

Legacy is built through time and presence. Consistent investment creates opportunities for meaningful conversations and growth.

Think beyond today.

The decisions you make now will impact future generations. Living with a long-term perspective helps prioritize what matters most.
