Building Legacy, Not Just Lifestyle

It’s easy for dads to chase comfort — bigger paychecks, nicer homes, newer toys. But what if the real goal isn’t building a lifestyle, but a legacy?

Psalm 78:6 calls us to teach our children so “the next generation would know” God’s faithfulness. Legacy is about passing down faith, values, and wisdom that outlast your paycheck.

Ask yourself: if your kids could only inherit your example, what would they gain?

How you handle stress, how you love their mom, how you pray, how you serve — that’s legacy.

Success fades, but character lasts. Build something eternal.

Dad takeaway: Don’t just build a life they can live in — build a legacy they can live from.
