The Father Who Came Near

Scripture: “For unto us a Child is born…” — Isaiah 9:6

Christmas is about a Father who refused to stay distant. God entered our world not in power or prestige, but in humility — a feeding trough, a young couple, a quiet night.

This is the model of fatherhood we’re invited into:Humble.

Near.

Loving.

Present.

Sacrificial.

You don’t need perfection today. You need presence and gratitude. Sit with your family. Pray over them. Celebrate the God who came close.

Your fatherhood is strongest when it resembles His.

Dad Takeaway: Christmas reminds us — fatherhood is about drawing near, not standing tall.
